Refund policy

■ Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility: Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.

• Condition: Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Exclusions: Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned or
exchanged.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was
defective or incorrect.

• Hand-made to order items are eligible for exchange or store credit only due to their custom nature.

■ Refunds

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after
we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

■■ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at
support@richnboredapparel.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make
it right.
